Are larger businesses 'greener' than smaller ones

In this week’s issue, I look at ONS data that identifies a correlation between business size and environmental action across British industry. According to the data, larger businesses are apparently significantly ‘greener’ than smaller ones.  This disparity is particularly evident in the accommodation and food service sector, where only 2% of small businesses (fewer than 10 employees) have implemented a climate strategy, compared with 28% of large businesses (250+ employees).


In my insight, I take a step back and look at the fundamental role of tech in hospitality.
