In time, foodservice will thrive, like it always does

In this week’s issue, exactly three years on from my very first edition, I consider the challenges the industry has faced and the themes of resilience, ingenuity and social importance. These three key attributes of the industry means it will continue to develop, expand and, in time, thrive.
