Tariffs will cast a long shadow

Whilst no-one is precisely able to quantify the impending tariff changes, we can certainly speculate. The impact on foodservice will be felt most acutely in supply chains. In turn, operators will try to absorb some costs, but inevitably a significant portion will be passed on to customers. But will customers, who are already feeling the pinch of economic uncertainty, accept these increases?
